Order & Shipping
The process is very simple. Follow the steps below
1. Choose your product or products
2. Place them in the shopping cart
3. Fill in the shipping details
4. Choose shipping and payment method
5. Open your door to the courier!
By clicking "Complete Order", you will be transferred to the PAYPAL page where you will follow the instructions that will be given to you. If the transaction is successful, you will be taken back to our page, and an order confirmation email will be sent to you.
Pay on delivery:
With cash on delivery, you have the opportunity to pay at the time of delivery. Your products will be delivered through the company we work with (SPEEDEX).

-Cash on delivery payment is charged 2 € extra
Deliveries are made only on working days. Some products (eg bulky or heavy) have a special shipping charge that is added to the total shipping cost.
In any case, no additional charge is made without information or consultation with you.
All orders are shipped on average in 1-4 working days, from the day of registration of your order in our electronic system.
This time depends on the area to which the parcel is delivered.
The majority of orders enter the production process on the same working day.
Some products may be delayed 2-3 days longer, if they are not in stock in our warehouse. In this case we inform you.
The order can be canceled in the following cases: Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process you can "back" and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the "remove" button.
If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call 2810 822 892 and one of our partners will cancel your order.
After receiving the product, call us at 2810 822 892 or contact us via the e-mail form on the website, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our partners will serve you immediately and will inform you about all your options.
Products are returned only if the product is defective,
wrong size or wrong color.
We would like to point out that custom printed products do not change, unless they are defective.
The return of the products can not be done if 30 days have passed from the date of registration of the order in our electronic system.
If you want to exchange the products, we will send them to you free of charge.
All returned products must be in their original condition. Accepting products for products that have been printed to order or that have been washed or worn will not be possible, and will be returned.
